Clowns, business, hippos and HR departments!

Two guys walks into a bar wearing arrows through their heads, purple suit vest covered with glow-in the dark yellow florescent flowers, orange baggy pants and huge red floppy shoes. They say to the bar tender “We’re here to see the manager”. The bar tender says; “What are you two, some kind of clowns?” The two guys say…….”No, we work for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Management”.

Some of you reading the above couldn’t see anything funny in the story. That’s because it just didn’t make sense that two guys with such a serious job would appear in public dresses so weirdly.
